Essential: Graduation from any recognized University with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).

Salary & Allowances
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly pay that increases annually:

Stipend during Training: ₹15,000 per month.

1st Year (Certified): ₹30,000 per month.

2nd Year (Certified): ₹32,000 per month.

3rd Year (Certified): ₹34,000 per month.
Selection Process

Shortlisting: Based on Graduation marks percentage.

Online Interaction/Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to check communication and suitability.

Medical Examination: Includes eye/color blindness check (A-1 medical standard equivalent).

Training: Selected freshers must undergo AVSEC Basic and Screener Certification training.
