Qualification:

Counsellor: Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology from a recognized university along with a one-year Diploma in Guidance and Counseling. Relevant work experience is highly desirable.

Hostel Superintendent: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with required prior work experience in a recognized residential school (or Ex-Defence personnel as per NVS norms).

The age limit varies based on the post applied for (calculated as of the cut-off date mentioned in the notification):

Counsellor: Minimum 28 years and Maximum 50 years.
