Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

• Required Degree: 4-year full-time regular B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC / AICTE recognized University or Institute.
• Minimum Marks Requirement:
  • General / OBC Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
  • SC / ST Candidates: Minimum 55% aggregate marks.
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must have reading, writing, and speaking knowledge of the regional language of the state for which they apply.

Age Limit (as on 01.09.2026)

• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Age Relaxations:
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years (Up to 33 Years)
  • SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years (Up to 35 Years)

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

1. Preliminary Online Test: An open-environment computer-based test conducted from the candidate’s home using their own PC/laptop with a reliable internet connection.
2. Final Online Test: Controlled proctored exam conducted at designated exam centres for candidates shortlisted from the preliminary round.
   • The test includes 150 questions (Agriculture carries 100 marks weightage along with Analytical Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, General Awareness, and Communication Skills).
3. Personal Interview: Conducted for candidates qualifying the final online exam.
4. Medical Examination: As per IFFCO medical fitness standards.

2. Locate the link for “Recruitment of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT) – 2026”.
3. Complete the registration form with your primary details, email address, and mobile number.
4. Enter your educational details, 4-year B.Sc. (Agri) aggregate percentage (convert CGPA to percentage as per your university norms), and select your preferred state/regional language.
5. Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph and signature.
6. Review all the entered information and submit the application form on or before 14 October 2026.
