1. Educational Qualification:

• For Direct Recruitment: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) awarded by any University established by Law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India. Must be practicing as an Advocate.
• For Recruitment by Transfer: Must hold a Degree in Law and be an eligible staff member working in the specified categories within the AP High Court/Judicial Ministerial Services with the required years of service.

2. Age Limit (as on crucial date of notification):

• Maximum Age Limit: Up to 35 Years for Direct Recruitment.
• Age Relaxation: 5 Years of upper age relaxation is provided for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates, and 10 Years for PwBD candidates as per AP State Government rules.
