Selection Process
The selection process is structured into four sequential stages:

Written Examination (Objective Type Test): 100 multiple-choice questions (100 marks; 1.5 hours) covering General English, General Aptitude, and General Knowledge. Qualifying marks: 50%.

English Shorthand Test: 7-minute dictation at 110 wpm, followed by 45 minutes for transcription on a computer (Max. 5% permissible errors).

Computer Typing Speed Test: 10 minutes typing test with a minimum benchmark speed of 40 wpm.

Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in all stages will be shortlisted for the interview round (30 marks; minimum qualifying marks: 15).
