Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Post-Wise Qualifications:

• Junior Assistant:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university with working knowledge of computer operations.
  • (Desirable/Alternative criteria include experience in administration, accounts, or Polytechnic Diploma in Modern Office Management with relevant government office experience).
• Junior Technician:
  • 3-year Diploma in Engineering in CSE / IT / ECE / EE / Instrumentation from a recognized institute with 1 year of relevant working experience in a Government organization; OR
  • ITI certificate in relevant trades (CSE / IT / ECE / EE / Instrumentation) with 2 years of experience.

2. Age Limit (As on 25 November 2026):

• Age Range: Maximum 27 Years
• Age Relaxations: Upper age limits are relaxable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India guidelines.

Selection Process

1. Written Test (Part-A – MCQ Pattern): Compulsory objective test for all eligible applicants.
2. Written Test (Part-B – Descriptive Pattern): Shortlisted candidates based on Part-A scores are called for descriptive testing.
3. Skill / Computer Proficiency / Practical Trade Test: To evaluate functional utility and operational expertise.
4. Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination
