1. Educational Qualification:

  • For Direct Recruitment:
    • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or State Act or an Institution recognized by the UGC and Bar Council of India.
    • Must be a practicing Advocate with active enrollment in the Bar Council.
  • For Recruitment by Transfer:
    • Must possess a Degree in Law and hold a substantive post in eligible ministerial services/subordinate courts in Andhra Pradesh with the required years of qualifying service.

2. Age Limit (as on crucial date of notification):

  • Direct Recruitment: Maximum age limit is 35 Years.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • 5 Years for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates (up to 40 Years).
    • 10 Years for PwBD candidates (up to 45 Years).
