Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria
Candidates must fulfill either of the following criteria:

Option 1: Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 03 years of post-qualification experience in the Government / PSU / Autonomous Body sector.

Option 2: MBA (Finance) or M.Com degree with a minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience in the Government / PSU / Autonomous Body sector.

Desired Experience Areas: Government accounting systems of autonomous bodies, Tally Prime, Government procurement rules (GeM / GFR 2017), scrutiny of TA/DA bills, medical claims, pension processing, internal audits, and statutory compliances.

The selection process for CSB Young Professional Grade-3 consists of:
