Selection Process
The selection process under the Apprentices Act, 1961 is transparent and direct:

Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted strictly based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination (Degree / Diploma / ITI / 12th / 10th).

No Written Exam or Interview: Selection will be made without any written examination or interview round.

Document Verification: Verification of original mark sheets, passing certificates, caste certificates, and NAPS/NATS profile details.

Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Examination: Candidates must be declared medically fit by CPCL medical officers.
