Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Graduate Degree + Shorthand speed of 110 wpm and Typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Personal Assistant: Graduate Degree + Shorthand speed of 100 wpm, Typing speed of 40 wpm, and computer knowledge.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA): Graduate Degree + Computer typing speed of not less than 40 wpm.
  • Process Server: Matriculation (10th) or Higher Secondary pass + Valid LMV Driving Licence and 2 years of unblemished driving experience.
  • Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Matriculation (10th) pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age Limit (as on 01.06.2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 27 Years
  • (Candidates must have been born between 02.06.1999 and 01.06.2008).
  • Age Relaxation:
    • OBC (Delhi): 3 Years
    • SC / ST: 5 Years
    • PwBD: 10 Years
    • Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 years.

Selection Process

The selection process varies depending on the post applied for and includes:
  1. Tier-I (Objective MCQ Test): Shortlisting round covering General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Arithmetic.
  2. Tier-II (Descriptive Test): English language proficiency (for PA, JJA, and Senior PA posts).
  3. Skill Test: Shorthand/Typing tests for Clerical/Assistant posts; Driving test for Process Server.
  4. Personal Interview: For relevant Group-B and specific Group-C posts.
  5. Document Verification & Medical Examination.

Step-by-Step How to Apply Online

  1. Visit the official DSSSB online application portal at dsssbonline.nic.in.
  2. If you are a new user, click on “Click for New Registration” and register using your valid 10th Class Roll Number and Aadhaar Details.
  3. Log in with your registration number and password.
  4. Click on the “Apply” button next to Advt. No. 04/2026 (Delhi District Courts).
  5. Select your desired post code (e.g., Peon, Process Server, PA, etc.) and carefully fill in your personal, educational, and driving license (if applicable) details.
  6. Upload clear, recent passport-size photograph, signature, and necessary certificates in the prescribed format.
  7. Pay the application fee of ₹100/- (if applicable) exclusively through SBI e-Pay.
  8. Submit the application form before the final deadline of 04 November 2026 (11:00 PM). Print a copy for future reference.
