Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University + Shorthand speed of 110 wpm and Typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
  • Personal Assistant: Graduate Degree + Shorthand speed of 100 wpm and Typing speed of 40 wpm in English on computer.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant (JJA): Graduation in any stream + English typing speed of minimum 40 wpm on computer.
  • Process Server: Matriculation (10th) or Higher Secondary pass + Valid Driving License for LMV with minimum 2 years of driving experience.
  • Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Age Limit (as on 01.06.2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age: 27 Years
  • Age Relaxations:
    • OBC (Delhi): 3 Years (Up to 30 Years)
    • SC / ST: 5 Years (Up to 32 Years)
    • PwBD: 10 Years (Up to 15 Years as per category)
    • Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 Years

Selection Process

  1. Tier-I (MCQ Written Examination): General English, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Arithmetic.
  2. Tier-II (Descriptive Examination): For PA, Senior PA, and JJA posts (English essay, precis, and translation).
  3. Skill Test / Driving Test: Typing/Shorthand test for ministerial posts; Driving test for Process Server.
  4. Interview: For Group ‘B’ and designated Group ‘C’ posts.
  5. Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test.

  1. Visit the official DSSSB registration portal at dsssbonline.nic.in.
  2. If already registered, log in using your Date of Birth, 10th Roll Number, Passing Year, and Password; otherwise click “Click for New Registration”.
  3. Under the dashboard, select Advt. No. 04/2026 (Delhi District Courts) and click “Apply Now”.
  4. Fill in your personal details, educational qualifications, typing speeds, and address accurately.
  5. Upload your clear photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and right thumb impression as per specified dimensions.
  6. Pay the application fee of ₹100 online (if applicable).
  7. Submit the completed application form before 04 November 2026 (11:00 PM).
  8. Save and print the final submitted application form for future recruitment rounds.
