Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Essential: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent from a recognized board.

  • Technical: Proficiency in handling Private Branch Exchange (PBX) board.

  • Experience: Minimum 06 months experience in handling PBX board (Certificate is Mandatory).

  • Desirable: Fluency in spoken English and Hindi.

Age Limit (as on 31-05-2026)

  • General/EWS: 18 to 25 Years.

  • OBC: 18 to 28 Years.

  • SC/ST: 18 to 30 Years.

  • Ex-Servicemen/PwBD: As per Govt. of India rules.


Selection Process

  1. Written Test (100 Marks): Objective Type MCQs covering General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English, and Awareness.

  2. Practical Test: Handling of PBX Board (Qualifying nature).

  3. Interview: Personal interaction (Qualifying nature).

  4. Medical Examination & DV: Final stage for shortlisted candidates.
