Qualification:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or equivalent from a recognized university. In addition, candidates must qualify:

English Shorthand Test at a speed of 80 W.P.M.

Transcription Test at a speed of 20 W.P.M. on a computer.

The minimum age to apply is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 42 years as of 01 July 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, BC-A, BC-B, and other reserved categories of Haryana strictly as per the state government rules.
