Post-Wise Salary & Pay Scale

  • Manager (Security) [MMGS-III]: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,820/- per month
  • Deputy Manager (Security) [MMGS-II]: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960/- per month
  • Perks: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, CCA, Contributory Pension Fund (NPS), Medical Facility, and other allowances as per Bank rules.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a Government-recognized University or Institution.
  • Must meet the medical fitness standard of SHAPE-1 or equivalent.

2. Post-Qualification Work Experience (Armed Forces / Paramilitary):

  • Manager (Security): An officer not below the rank of Major in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Air Force with a minimum of 10 years of commissioned service, OR an officer not below the rank of Deputy Commandant in paramilitary forces with 10 years of officer service.
  • Deputy Manager (Security): An officer not below the rank of Captain in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Air Force with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service, OR an officer with equivalent service in paramilitary forces.

3. Age Limit (As on 31 October 2026):

  • Age Range: 25 to 40 Years
  • Age Relaxations: Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen) as per Government of India guidelines.

    • Professional Knowledge (50 Qs / 100 Marks)
    • (Note: Reasoning, English, and General Awareness are qualifying in nature; final merit is based purely on Professional Knowledge and Interview marks in a 70:30 ratio. There is no negative marking).
  2. Personal Interview: Carries 100 marks.
  3. Document Verification & Medical Examination.
