Qualification:

Assistant (12 Posts): Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of UDC or 8 years of LDC experience and computer knowledge.

Junior Engineer – Civil & Electrical (04 Posts): B.E./B.Tech with 1 year experience OR Diploma with 3 years experience.

Senior Technical Assistant (05 Posts): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or relevant Master’s Degree with required experience/diploma depending on the discipline (AutoCAD, HAPPRC, ICT).

Other Posts: Requisite Bachelor’s/Master’s degree along with specific experience (e.g., Stenography skills for PA/PS, Coaching diploma for Sports Coach, Journalism degree for AIPRO).
HNBGU Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years for most posts (including Assistant, Personal Assistant, Junior Engineer, Senior Technical Assistant, Sports Coach). For Assistant Engineer (Civil), Horticulturist, and AIPRO, the maximum age limit is 40 years. Age is calculated as of 16 September 2026. Upper age relaxation applies for reserved categories strictly as per Government of India rules.
