Selection Process
The selection for the IOB Local Bank Officer post will be conducted in three stages:

Online Written Examination: 200 Marks (80% Weightage).

Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Qualifying in nature (Required for candidates who have not studied the state’s local language in Class 10th or 12th).

Personal Interview: 100 Marks (20% Weightage).
Online Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The online examination consists of 140 objective-type multiple-choice questions carrying a total of 200 marks. The total duration is 3 hours (180 minutes) with specific sectional timings.
