Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria
Candidates must hold a recognized Master’s Degree (Regular Mode) with one of the following combinations:

Option 1: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.

Option 2: Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a major or elective subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.

Option 3: Master’s Degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi as a major/elective subject and English as the medium of examination at the degree level.

Option 4: Master’s Degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English as a major/elective subject and Hindi as the medium of examination at the degree level.

Desirable / Experience: One year experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa, or competence in Hindi terminological work; proficiency in computer application/bilingual word processing.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process for the IBPS Hindi Officer position comprises:

Online Written Examination: 200 Questions for 200 Marks (140 minutes duration) covering Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Hindi Language.
