Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

  • Basic Qualification: Candidates must have passed the ITI in the relevant trade from an institute recognized by NCVT / SCVT.
  • Mandatory Registration: Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
  • Age Limit: The age limit and relaxations will be applicable as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened by a Board approved by the Competent Authority based on the marks obtained in the ITI examination.
  2. Interview/Interaction: Shortlisted candidates may be called for a personal interview/interaction if required.
  3. Document Verification: Verification of original ITI mark sheets, NCVT/SCVT certificates, caste certificates, and NATS/NAPS enrolment proofs.
  4. Final Merit List: Prepared category-wise based on performance.

  2. Log in or Register as a candidate.
  3. Search for the establishment using the Establishment Code: E08260700022 (Defence Institute of Psychological Research).
  4. Apply directly for the relevant ITI trade.
Option 2: Via Email
  1. Download the official notification from drdo.gov.in and print the prescribed application form.
