Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree is mandatory. (Any specialization, no restriction on passing year).
    • Fresh MBA graduates are eligible to apply; 0 to 1 year of experience in field sales, marketing, and client negotiations is preferred.
    • Candidates must be fluent in the local language of the designated location and reside in the operational cities listed in the notification.
  2. Core Skills Required:
    • Business development, client relationship management, negotiation skills, effective communication, and retail housing loan sourcing.

Compensation & Career Progression

  • During 1-Year Training Period: Trainees will receive a monthly stipend ranging between ₹40,000/- and ₹50,000/- (Total CTC: ₹4,80,000/- to ₹6,00,000/- per annum).
  • Upon Absorption: Subject to satisfactory completion of training and performance criteria prescribed by LIC HFL, trainees will be absorbed into executive cadres offering a CTC of ₹14.00 Lakh per annum and above.
