  1. Original Class 10th (Matriculation) Marks Sheet & Passing Certificate.
  2. Date of Birth Certificate / Proof (if not mentioned in 10th mark sheet).
  3. Community / Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS) in prescribed Central Govt format.
  4. Disability Certificate (PwD certificate from competent medical board, if applicable).
  5. Valid Government Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card).
  6. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized Medical Officer / Civil Surgeon.
  7. 4 to 6 recent passport-size color photographs.
