Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria
-
Foreman (Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation): Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline (Chemical/Petrochemical/Civil/Instrumentation, etc.) with a minimum of 55% marks, plus 2 years of post-qualification experience in line.

Junior Superintendent (Human Resources): Bachelor’s Degree along with a Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with a minimum of 50% marks in each. Must be proficient in PC operations, plus 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Operator (Chemical): B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (min 50%) OR B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry (min 50%), plus 1 year of post-qualification experience. (Note: PwBD Trainee posts require the same qualification but no prior experience).

Technician (Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical): Matriculation (10th) plus ITI Tradesmanship / National Apprenticeship Certificate in the relevant trade, along with 2 years of post-qualification experience. (Note: PwBD Trainee posts require the same qualification but no prior experience).

Accounts Assistant Trainee (PwBD): B.Com with a minimum of 50% marks and a computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English.
