Candidates must possess ITI qualification in the relevant trade as prescribed for the particular apprenticeship slot.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Passed Matriculation/10th Class under the 10+2 system from a recognised Board.
- Obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in Matriculation.
- Possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Candidates whose required qualification was not completed by the prescribed date are not eligible.
Age Limit
The candidate’s age should be between 15 and 24 years as on 15 September 2026.

Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend at the prescribed rate under the Apprentices Act and applicable Railway Board rules.

There will be no written examination and no interview for selection.
