• Production Manager (Grade C):

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in companies with Poly Butadiene Rubber (PBR) units (at least 5 years directly in PBR production).
• Senior Production Manager (Grade D):
  • Qualification: Full-time Regular B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Experience: Minimum 14 years of relevant post-qualification experience in PBR units (at least 7 years in PBR production technology at a leadership level).
• Senior Manager – PBR Marketing (Grade D):
  • Qualification: Full-time Regular Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech) with 60% marks OR Science Graduate with 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM (min. 60% marks).
  • Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience in polymer marketing/technical services.
