Educational & Technical Qualification

  1. Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th Class / Matriculation (under the 10+2 examination system) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board.
  2. Technical Qualification: Must possess a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.
    (Note: Candidates awaiting the final results of their 10th or ITI examinations are not eligible to apply).

Selection Process

Selection will be completely Merit-Based; there will be no written examination or interview.
  1. Preparation of Merit List: The merit list will be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained in both 10th Class (with minimum 50% marks) and ITI examination.
  2. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification based on their merit standing.
  3. Medical Fitness: A valid Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format signed by a Government authorized doctor (Assistant Surgeon or above) is required during DV.

Step-by-Step How to Apply Online

  2. Navigate to the “Apprentice 2026-27” application link under the recruitment section.
  3. Complete the initial registration by entering your basic details, mobile number, email ID, and 12-digit Aadhaar Number.
  4. Log in using your registration credentials and fill out the detailed application form. Select your preferred Division/Unit and Trade carefully.
  5. Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size colour photograph, signature, 10th mark sheet, ITI certificate, and caste certificate in the required sizes (Photo: 20-70 KB, Signature: 20-30 KB).
  6. Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹100 (if applicable) through the online payment gateway.
  7. Review your filled form and click on Submit before the closing deadline of 06 November 2026 (23:59 hrs). Keep a printout of the final application for your records.
