Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Trade Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. A total of 302 vacancies are available in multiple trades for one-year apprenticeship training. This is a valuable opportunity for ITI pass-outs to gain hands-on industrial experience in one of India’s largest public sector enterprises.
Eligible candidates who have completed their ITI (full-time regular course) in or after 2022 are invited to apply online through the NAPS portal from 21 May 2025 to 30 May 2025. Selection will be based on ITI marks and age preference.

- Upper Age Limit: Not specified; however, only freshers (i.e. those who haven’t already undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere) are eligible.
