Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria

  • Dean (SBIL Kolkata): Full-time MBA / Executive MBA / PGDM / PGDBA or equivalent (min. 55% marks) OR Ph.D. / M.Phil. from a recognized University / B-School. Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in senior academic leadership roles (Dean, Director, Principal, or equivalent).
  • Faculty (SBIL Kolkata): Postgraduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (MBA/PGDM preferred; Ph.D./M.Phil. as additional qualification). Minimum 6 years of teaching experience as Faculty, Professor, or Corporate Trainer.
  • Marketing Executive (SBIL Kolkata): MBA or equivalent in Marketing with a minimum of 55% marks. Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in Executive Education, Management Institutes, Universities, or EdTech organizations.
  • DVP / AVP (IT Risk): B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity with relevant post-qualification experience in enterprise IT Risk management and banking systems.

Selection Process

The selection process for SBI SCO positions involves:
  1. Shortlisting: Evaluation based on candidates’ educational background, professional credentials, and work experience.
  2. Interview / Demo Session: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an Interview (carrying 100 marks) along with a Demo Session for Dean and Faculty posts.
  3. Merit List & CTC Finalization: Final selection will be based on interview scores, followed by CTC negotiation.
  4. Document Verification & Pre-employment Medical Check.
