Post-Wise Age Limit & Eligibility Criteria

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Clerk

• Age Limit: 18 to 28 Years.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB is required. Basic working knowledge of computers is desirable.

2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) – PO

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in the local language and computer knowledge is required.

3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer – Manager)

• Age Limit: 21 to 32 Years.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, etc.
• Experience: Minimum Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

4. Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers)

• Age Limit: 21 to 32 Years.
• Educational Qualification: Professional degrees depending on the specific post (IT Officer, CA, Law Officer, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer, Agricultural Officer) along with 1 to 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

5. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

• Age Limit: 21 to 40 Years.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference for degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, etc.
• Experience: Minimum Five years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.

Selection Process

1. Office Assistant (Clerk):
   • Preliminary Examination
   • Main Examination (Final selection is based entirely on the Main Exam marks).
2. Officer Scale-I (PO):
   • Preliminary Examination
   • Main Examination
   • Personal Interview
3. Officer Scale-II & III:
   • Single-stage written examination
   • Personal Interview

Step-by-Step How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official IBPS website at ibps.in.
2. Click on the homepage link for “CRP RRBs XV – Apply Online for Office Assistants / Officers”.
3. Choose the specific post you wish to apply for and click on “Click here for New Registration”.
4. Enter your basic details to generate a Registration Number and Password.
5. Log in and carefully fill in your educational qualifications, experience (if any), and state/bank preferences.
6. Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per the exact dimensions prescribed by IBPS.
7. Pay the application fee online.
8. Submit the final application form before the extended deadline of 27 September 2026 and print the confirmation page.
